Guests have access to the enclosed parking and the bottom floor of the home. The owners come and go from the second floor residence.

We live and work in Los Barriles. We are happy to meet you and answer any questions you may have.

Sitting above downtown Los Barriles with access to the Saturday Market and downtown. Some may prefer to use an atv to get around town. The neighborhood is dirt roads and mixed use with locals and vacationers. Walking distance to Cafe Maria and a small tienda (store).

We recommend renting an ATV for your time to fully take advantage of all the area has to offer!

Always keep gates and fence doors CLOSED. The livestock are free range here and will make a feast in the yard. They also love the garbage cans and can make quite a mess!!

Please ALWAYS turn the AC off or set it to 30 when you are not in the house.

Great Family Location

A really nice house to base a family trip , lots of room for a small child to wander around. Very quiet and well equipped kitchen. Nice Mexican decor. Appreciated secure yard so stray dogs couldn't get in. Good communication with property manager. Need a car or transport as just a touch too far to walk with a small child but good restaurant close by. Thanks !
