We had an amazing weeklong stay at Krystal Grand Resort in Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and beautiful safe surroundings. The views are absolutely stunning and the whole resort has a relaxed, tropical feel that made it easy to unwind. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a variety of delicious options at every meal. Whether it was breakfast by the beach or dinner with an ocean breeze, every meal felt like a treat. What we truly appreciated, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Gabriel and Omar, who went above and beyond to help us figure out last minute stuff and make our experience unforgettable. We love how they acknowledged their guests. Their kindness really stood out. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful and affordable getaway in Los Cabos. We’ll definitely be back!

Second time visiting. Family friendly and great for kids. Great experience. Staff were good, rooms were cleaned, pools were clean, Food was good overall. Would be nice to include evening shows and change buffet breakfast food menu occasionally. Poolside service was good, but they need to be more aware and ask every guess (dont ignore guests, next to others, looks really bad) if they need service, food or drinks.Activities team ( Urias, Francisco and all) did really good too! They tried really hard to keep it going with activities! Although they could use some help.

Beautiful ocean view. Our room design was beautiful and comfortable. Loved it. Staffing seemed stretched. Room was not made up one day and mini bar not restocked as advertised. Front desk staff and especially valet attendants were amazing! The rest of the staff were often abrupt, a bit dismissive, curt. There is only the buffet for breakfast and lunch, so dining options are limited and the wait time to be seated was excessive for breakfast, especially in the heat (waiting outside in the Sun).

Upon arrival at the resort, we were warmly greeted, and we shared that we were there to celebrate my birthday. We were informed that birthday amenities would be provided during our stay, but unfortunately, these were never received. Our room had ongoing maintenance issues, specifically with the toilet not flushing properly throughout the entire stay. Despite bringing this to the staff’s attention daily, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, housekeeping services were inconsistent and not always provided. While the issue with our in-room refrigerator was addressed and corrected, we were assured that further accommodations would be made for the inconvenience—none of which were fulfilled. Dining at the buffet was a disappointment. The food lacked variety, was often served at improper temperatures, and the quality did not meet expectations. Service from the waitstaff was inconsistent; at times we felt ignored, and there seemed to be a lack of attentiveness when it came to providing beverages and general hospitality. Entertainment options at the resort appeared outdated and may not appeal to all guests depending on personal interests. On a positive note, the oceanfront was beautiful, the pools were enjoyable, and the exterior grounds of the resort were clean and well-maintained. Despite the challenges, we did our best to enjoy the trip. The concierge team was courteous and helpful, especially with assisting us in arranging transportation and off-resort excursions.
