A great place to relax with lots of food options. We were fortunate to be able to participate in two feasts. All the staff were friendly. Gabriel was polite and addressed all the issues in timely manner. All the other staff were also very helpful.

Staff were great, food was below par, rooms cleaned every other day, no loungers on beach and need to pay extra for altitude club if you want access to more then one pool or restaurants. Nice place but needs updating and not having to pay more when you arrive for use of other pools/restaurants/ loungers etc.

Views were great, but the staff really made my trip amazing. They went above and beyond, everyone I interacted with was so friendly, patient, accommodating and attentive. They really try hard to remember your face and name which is amazing considering how many people were staying there. Food can be hit or miss; I enjoyed the breakfast buffet but the lunch buffet had some strange food. I preferred eating at the restaurants instead. It was also very convenient to have the cafe so I could get a cappuccino every morning. I will be coming back and will bring my family next time.
