Nice place to stay right on the beach (although you cannot get in the water). Pools were amazing and staff were very accommodating. My only complaint is the food options were the same all week and not that great. Other than that is a fabulous time.

It looked like a pretty cool hotel on all the pictures and had decent reviews. This really wasn’t the case. We arrived in the afternoon check in was smooth. We found our way through the hotel with the help of a map she gave us. To be expected in a resort like this. We got to our room that was clean but had an incredibly musty odor in it. It had two double beds and loveseat. We requested a room with a sofa sleeper… no sleeper. My daughter refused to sleep in the bed with one of us so she slept on that loveseat for 3 days… the pool was old and kinda gross we never ventured over to the other pool except to get towels. I guess only one pool has a towel place for the entire hotel.. annoying. My biggest complaint was I was unable to eat pretty much any of that food!! All the Restaurants were inedible!!! I ate fruit and bread for three days. I did have a burger one day that I went to the buffet and lugged it down to the pool. No food service at the pool.. that was a huge deal breaker! I’ve stayed at a few of these all inclusives and they have service all over the place!! 30 minutes to get a drink each time mostly just walked to the bar and some beverages… also the activity booking place is a scam. They tell your going on a boat but then try to take to 3 different spots to buy junk or whatever. I left the tour and got a cab to the beach and got a guy to take us out. For $35 I paid this scuba place almost $200.should have went with my gut on that one! I’ll be staying at Casa Dorado

You get what you pay for… food was average leaning to low quality. Visiting the steak house was a major disappointment. The bet meal of the day was breakfast. Drinks are ok. Finished my stay with a broken shower that was never repaired. Luckily my sis was across and was able to use hers

El Hotel muy lindo y bien cuidado, el staff muy bueno gente muy calida y am able, la comida en los Buffet muy variada y muy buena. Los restaurantes como la Japonesa, y Italiana no se lo recommendo, los show o presentaciones deberian mejorar estuve en Cancun hace 2 anos y los show eran mucho mejor.

My fiancé and I chose this resort for its ideal location—conveniently situated between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo—which made it easy for us to explore wedding venues in both areas. The service was excellent; when we had a leak in our shower, it was promptly and professionally repaired. The food and drinks exceeded our expectations and were some of the best we’ve experienced at an all-inclusive resort. I highly recommend this resort for families and group getaways, as it offers lively nightlife events and engaging daytime activities.

The hotel is beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and the food was great. Not forgetting they have entertainment every night. Will definitely come back here again.

Didn't fix the toilet had to keep calling them twice it happened at the stay room 1106 and call them for to bring wires to change the drinks to sugar free and come to change the sheets in the room

Beautiful clean modern resort! Many dinning options with quality food and great service! Highly recommend, close by beaches to enjoy and enjoying the resort was so relaxing
