A+ for breakfast! Bedding and pillows were below average and need upgrades. Excellent location and dining options within a two-minute walk from the motel, a budget accommodation that served its purpose. Nice seating area for reading or work in lobby. Breakfast starts at 6. Would definitely stay again.

Three stars because of the bathroom. Room was somewhat dated and the floor was coming up in the bathroom. The shower wasn’t in the best condition. The lobby is nice, the pool looked nice. The breakfast was good. Also, should include some party favors when paying a grossly inflated rate for the Derby weekend. Not bad, but I wouldn't stay there again unless is was cheap. Definitely not Derby weekend.

Great place to get a good night's sleep

Just looking for a comfortable place to sleep one night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, quiet. Didn't use it but room had microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Ice machine and gym across the hall. Had a pool. Breakfast was so-so. Good sausage and waffles. Eggs weren't great. Apples, cereal, juice, bread available. Really more than I needed. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice option.

We were scheduled to camp but rain hampered that so we made a last minute booking. Breakfast was a great option. It was away from the city but was to get to and from if you avoid rush hour traffic. Room was large and comfortable. Hotel is older and shows its age.
