This place has everything you could want and need. Fenced in back yard, swing in the front porch, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, close to town and within walking distance to a dennys. It was perfect for our stay! Couldnât have asked for more!
The parking space was good; but neighbors parked on both sides of the street RIGHT by the "driveway" making it VERY tight to pull in & to back out. As for pet friendly - it was advertised to be pet friendly & with fenced in yard - which it had - BUT, the yard had little grass & was mostly mud with LOTS of leaves at the base of the steps. We didn't utilize the back yard at all! Don't get me wrong, we'd possibly stay there again next year (we have show dogs & will likely enter the L'ville shows again next year), but we had to "potty" our dogs out front (we cleaned up everything).
Great home. Well stocked with towels, soaps, kitchen equipment and other necessities. Great communication and helpful! We felt right at home and we actually wished our trip wasnât so busy so we could have enjoyed the home more.
Amazing experience! It is how people react to issues that make the difference. When we entered the house, we noticed that it was warmer than expected. We knew it was an older house and knew that the upstairs bedrooms all had window units, so we did not expect it to be freezing. I messaged the owners and IMMEDIATELY received a response. They troubleshooted the situation and the AC was on in no time. This is what makes the difference!!Beautiful house, decor is cute as a button, beds were super comfy, and it had all the kitchen utensils and appliances we could ever need. I would 100% recommend to anyone.
We were attending an event at the Kentucky Expo Center. This location is very close and convenient. If we ever find ourselves back at the Expo Center, we will try to stay here again. Cons: we drive full size vehicles and the parking is very tight. No washer and dryer available.
Wonderful stay! Super close to Freedom Hall and very clean!
This property was exactly as described. Close to some restaurants within walking distance and extremely close to freedom hall which was perfect for us.
Great house to use as home base when exploring Louisville. Itâs well appointed and close to everything. The host was great! Very responsive and friendly.
A lot of great decor, something fun and intriguing and well equipped in every room. Even had a Nintendo 64 with Super Smash Bros and 007.So dope. Will stay here again!
The home is just as it appears in the photos....very charming and entertaining with seasonal decorations. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the gas firepit outside after touring the town. We will return during this season as the decorations for walking tours and historical site visits were amazing. Great location.
There were many things not provided which made the experience not as enjoyable. Hanger in none of the 3 rooms, no iron and the kitchen was poorly supplied with plates to eat!
My partner and his brother and I stayed here for LTL all 4 days of the festival and the house was everything we needed. I work in the vacation rental industry as my 9-5, and the house was incredibly clean to be pet friendly. It smelled so lovely, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, the beds were super comfortable, and despite the concert being cancelled for a day, the house provided board games for entertainment during our stay. My only qualm is that we were booked to stay for 5 days and we only had 9 wash cloths total for 3 people. This wasnât a huge deal because we just bought a cheap pack of extras from Walmart and used them, but I definitely recommend catering to your guests with sufficient linens during a 5 day booking. Overall, the location was incredibly close to the festival ( a 5 minute drive) and the airport, and we enjoyed our stay.
