The staff here are INCREDIBLE!! Hannah and Ahmaree made my trip absolutely wonderful- from the moment I arrived at the Embassy Suites. They were kind and helpful and totally awesome... the room was great, location great- the staff here, among the best in the whole wide world!

The stay was great except for the hallway on the 4th floor smelled like baby poop. We could not smell the odor in our room. The hotel staff did address our concern and the smell was lessened.

The room was fine, but the mattress and sofa both need replaced, as they were very uncomfortable and "broken in". Booking through Expedia may save a few bucks, but the lack of flexibility and responsiveness means I will never book through them again.

Parking was $45 per night valet, I chose to park in public garage behind the hotel at $15 per night. The front door area can be vehicle chaos. The evening manager's reception is ridiculous--one staffer meant long lines to get cheap sutter home wine and small bud lite drafts or pay more for anything better. We complained to "management" but the situation didn't improve over three nights.
