Comfy and Great Location

Front Desk/Customer Service was amazing. Place tidy and neat. It was clean and comfortable. Right in the heart of downtown next to everything! It was an easy uber ride to anywhere we needed to go as well.

Needs some updates

Although I love the location and the staff is very friendly and helpful, I probably won't choose this hotel again. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable, the shower leaked on both of our recent stays, and the ice maker on our floor didn't work on our most recent stay. Breakfast is not included and is definitely not worth the extra fee.

Upon arrival at 3:30, room was not ready and was supposed to be able to check in at 3:00. Waited 45 minutes and room was still not ready, went to eat and came back at 6:00 and still not ready, had to wait about 10 minutes before we could go to the room. Room was clean and spacious.

Top Hotel!

This was possibly the best experience at a hotel I've had! The staff was amazing and the customer service was top notch! Everything was clean and comfortable. The only downside wasn't room service, but the restaurant's food was very nice. I will be booking this hotel for any Louisville event I go to!
