Letâs start with the good. Dog friendly with a nice neighborhood that had a walking path around a pond and a nice back yard. New home with nice layout as shown in the pictures. Pretty clean, with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Very nice neighbors.Check in code was incorrect but the owners were responsive to get it figured out.Plenty of plates, glasses, coffee cups, utensils, pans and baking pans. Nice coffee maker. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Garage was large enough for 2 cars but we didn't utilize it, other than storage.Now the downside. Couch was broken so really couldn't sit on it and it wasnât comfortable at all even for one person to sit.Grill was a nice Blackstone grill but it was dirty and rusty. We had to clean it up and re-season it to use it. Had to refill the gas tank after one use. Back porch was very dirty along with the outdoor furniture. These things I could expect since they were outdoors, but there was also nothing to clean anything with so we had to go to the store to get supplies before we could use the outdoor space.There were exactly 6 bath towels and hand towels in the bathroom but there was not a thing in the kitchen to use for cleaning, nor cleaning supplies or towels for drying hands, doing dishes.As noted on another review, there is not an icemaker, again not terrible but nice to know ahead of time.With all that being said, just a few improvements could make this a 5 star.
