The property is conveniently close to downtown Louisville and the rates are attractive. Adding to this, the room is nice and clean. Overall, the facility is showing it's age. The ergonomics in the bathroom are from a different era with a very low counter and toilet seat. I am an average height man and feel very tall when using the sink due to it being so low. This property is showing its age on the exterior as well. Outdoor carpeting is old, weathered and worn. The stair well concrete is rough and uneven. Also, rust stains show on the concrete under the air conditioning units.

Great Stay

I was pleased with the pleasant aroma of cleanliness and the sight of a clean environment altogether. Our room however, only had one washcloth and one facecloth and 2 Bath towels, where there were two of us that had checked in. Overall, everything else was just wonderful and I will choose to stay here again.

Our room was clean, bed comfortable, but being charged an extra $20 and then being told it would be reversed. Why the extra charge? The night curtain was torn and in bad shape.The outside of the building was in need of general maintenance. Garbage was piled very high in trash holders like perhaps they hadn’t paid their trash pickup bill in a while. We will not be back.

The property is dark, definitely not good for someone that needs a bright environment. Feels unsafe. Property needs updating and more cleaning. Staff was very polite but the property needs work

Having valued the Radisson brand of hotels for many years I was extremely disappointed to find that when we arrived in our room the net curtain was shredded and curtain that should have kept the light out was not properly fixed so was not fit for purpose. There was also a non-functioning coffee machine and the office chair provided had most of the leather scuffed off so again not fit for purpose. To be honest the whole appearance of the hotel and its maintenance - no apparent cleaning of the carpets anywhere - left a lot to be desired and quite frankly was definitely not up to the standard of the brand Radisson.

Poor condition building

Nice lobby but the ceiling in the lobby was leaking water. The room we received was very old and dated. Did not have good ventilation and the window was cover in condensation for the entirety of our stay. The window also didn’t open. It was ok just for a place to sleep for a night but wouldn’t want to stay there for a period of time

Mold.

If you are a plumber or a carpenter you will probably have all you need on hand to make your stay comfortable! Shower/ tub refinishers would be pretty comfortable as well. Some things just need to be addressed or take that room out of commission for the time needed to make it decent.

Staff was good, property was old and showed it. Very few outlets, no USB ports, towels were literally ragged, walls and floor showed long term heavy use. It needs to be gutted and refurbished heavily. Probably won't be back.
