Check in and Staff were great. Room was less so. In disrepair, damaged and the heat was not able to keep up with the cold drafty door and window. no extra blankets in the room, bed spread had burns on it likely from cigarettes. Just run down and in a poor location.

​"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent four-night stay. On one of those nights, I was locked out of my room and unable to gain entry until 5 AM. Despite paying for the full night, I was essentially denied access to my accommodations and have yet to receive any reimbursement. Furthermore, I experienced a second lockout during my stay, and room service was consistently unavailable. Given these significant lapses in service, I am requesting some type of reimbursement."

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and nice. The ones doing the daily cleaning, always knocked on my door to see if i needed anything. Overall the 10 days i was here was a very pleasant stay. Brenda was my favorite housekeeper.
