The two hotels are connected was hard to tell that from exterior that it was two separate. But staff at both were exceptional pointing us in the right direction. Laveesha breakfast supervisor helped so much keeping all stocked and clean. Traveling with 7 kids is hard..lol thanks for finding waffles. I unfortunately did not get the check in receptionists name( She has 15 kids ) so she was amazing recommonded a pizza place and took care of all are needs as soon as i arrived at the desk. The place was very clean. Thanks to your staff for there exceptional work. Teena Landholt

Staff was courteous, hardworking, and helpful. Daily breakfast was well above average -- and a server made a full plate for me when I arrived a few minutes after service was over. I use a wheelchair, and had an accessible room. Both my room and the hotel fail some basic ADA rules, especially how much pressure doors should have when opening them (hint: it's 5 pounds, and most doors are > 20 pounds). But the staff listened carefully to my ADA compliance suggestions, and i expect them to try to become more compliant.

I guess there is 2 sides to the hotel & we came in the wrong side but a very friendly gentleman directed us to the right side for check-in where we met Sunny she was super friendly and very helpful. There was a rush of customers when we got there and she handled the situation with the upmost professionalism and got everyone taken care of in a timely manner. Love the experience and very close to the concert we were attending.

Great staff! Complimentary hot cocoa bar every night… the kids loved this! Spacious room that made having 6 people in one room feel comfortable! Bonus points for having separate toilet room from shower room. Would definitely choose to stay here again!!

Parking was easy and convenient. Location was near Whiskey Row so we walked to restaurants and the Louisville Slugger museum. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast location was very nice but the food was average for a free breakfast.

The young gentleman that checked us in was absolutely amazing. I wish I had gotten his name, I’ve worked in hotels in Las Vegas for over 20yrs. I would never give anyone with that kind of job a hard time. But it’s dealing with the public that’s becoming more and more challenging nowadays. He handled himself very professionally. You have an awesome employee. I just thought he deserved some recognition. At exam time the hotel was very clean and the breakfast option were great, you would be my first choice if I needed to stay again. Margie Godbee
