If i could give this hotel negative starts i would. Where do i start with this. We booked this hotel and by looking at the pictures it looks wonderful, but i’m starting to wonder if the pictures are doctored or fake because the pictures are nothing close to the actual property. when we first arrived, the property looked sketchy but we wanted to give it a chance, we went in and checked in went to the first room and it was disgustingly dirty and there was no fridge which we requested. We went back down and they switched us rooms which had a fridge but was also disgusting. And i'm talking, bed bugs, dust, dirt, black spots on the walls, window was gross, looked to be mold everywhere, we were disappointed and decided we could not stay there we had to get out as our skin was itching. Not to mention staff was horrible. The LADY who was working the desk when we left and returned our keys gave us the DIRTIES and SNOTTIEST look possible which i didn’t appreciate. we contacted our third party for a refund and they contact the hotel, the hotel said that we told them we were satisfied with the room (we never did, this was a false lie on the hotels part) and therefore refused to refund us our money. The staff was less than helpful, rude and gave us snarky and dirty looks as we left. This hotel is scamming people from there money by the looks of the reviews and after our incident i believe it. PLEASE avoid this hotel at ALL costs. This hotel is a scam. PLEASE avoid!!!!

Lets start with the pictures that are on Expedia of this hotel! They are not accurate its not the same as it shows in the pictures! The rooms are outdated! The room we stayed in had blood splattered on the ceiling and in the bathroom. The bathtube was so dirty they had painted over it. The smell of the whole hotel was pot and piss. It felt like we stayed in a old crime scene. The people working the lobby didnt want to give us anymore then the 2 towels that were already in the room for 4 people. The sheets and the towels were overly stained!! Dont be mislead by the reviews and pictures it is a lie!!!

Pretty rough conditions

The check in took a very long time and once checked in the bed was as hard as a sheet of plywood. The furniture was pretty rough condition and decided to leave my shoes on while walking on the floor. My friend’s room was a little better condition.

It was probably the worst room my husband and I have ever stayed in. For a non-smoking property, our room reeked of stale cigarettes and one of the blankets had a cigarette burn in it. There was dried blood on the walls of the bathroom, hairs on the floor and in the bathtub. Loud music in the paking lot throughout most of the night. Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well at all. Only positive, it was right off I-65 and the price was affordable for our quick overnight stay. Next time, we'll pay more to stay in a cleaner room.
