I've stayed in this hotel three times now. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The breakfast is fabulous. It's a short walk from the Sanctuary and close to the airport shuttle bus stop. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room, 403, was very clean, except the carpet. The hotel need to replace the carpets for tiles or vinyl. Bathroom and toilet excellent, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent, great coffee machine, lovely breads, cold meats and cheese etc. Karina at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

We stayed overnight and our stay was pleasant.It is a approximately a mile from Lourdes train station, so very walkable to those who are able. Less than 10mins walk to the grotto. Very convenient location.

Hotel cercano, remodelado con excelente atención

El hotel está a una cuadra de la basílica de Lourdes junto al río y las habitaciones tienen balcón lo cual la hace muy agradable. Queda a 5 min caminando. El personal que te atiende son los dueños y lo hacen muy bien. Se nota el cariño y orgullo hacia su hotel y la atención fue maravillosa. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero todo está limpio , moderno y remodelado incluyendo los baños. Mi única observación es tener cuidado al reservar el tipo de habitación porque al ver las fotos de las habitaciones son generales y no está muy claro cuál corresponde al tipo de habitación y nosotros reservamos una diferente a la que realmente queríamos, y al explicarlo nos permitieron cambiar de habitación sin problema. Tienen un Spa que puedes reservar por hora y es para uso exclusivo de quien reserva.

Great location for Lourdes, on street parking is a plus. The place is nice and clean the bed was remarkably soft and uncomfortable. We arrived around 1am and the hotel was open; that was great and not usual in the town.

The hotel is ok for the price. We reserved the double rooms which are pretty comfortable, good bed and clean bathroom. However the carpet in both rooms are pretty dated , the TV didn’t have good reception and didn’t have hot water kettle to make tea or coffee. The manager can speak English but chooses to speak French to my sister instead even he know I’m the one who made the reservation and paid for the rooms.

Hotel was clean throughout, staff were friendly, sorted out a few issues we had promptly. Very informative except they didnt tell us that we had to pre-book the spa area or that we couldnt share it with other guests or that we had to pay a fee! So my suggestion is that you put this information on your hotel website so guests know before they book.
