Very helpful night receptionist . Go above and beyond his job. We were supposed to leave very early in the morning but didn't happen. So he let us use our room back again to rest until we leave. Breakfast was serve earlier just for us.

There was damp in the room and there was damp smell in the room. Wifi was intermittent. There was no shampoo provided, for a 3 star you’d expect these amenities included.

I am happy with my stay in Hotel Saint Saveur. The location was perfect as my mom could not walk that far so it was an easy access to Grotto and the church itself. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They will Help you find transportation and find you best spots to eat. The room was comfortable and amenities were good. I will stay here again if given the chance to visit Lourdes again.
