I stayed in this camper for four nights at the end of April, 2026. It was clean, quiet, and in a nice neighborhood which was close to everything. Two days before check-in I received written instructions for use of the unit. This informed me that the hot water for the shower would only last for six minutes after the heat pump was turned on and warmed up. This detail should be made apparent in the listing. Additionally, the unit itself is not heated. A space heater is provided, but the only outlet with enough power to run it is located near the top of the door (per the instructions). I didn't use it overnight because if it caught on fire it would be blocking the only exit. In the morning the thermometer inside the unit read 41 degrees. After the first morning I started bringing the clothes I was going to wear the next day in bed with me so they wouldn't be freezing when I put them on. I love campers, and own one which doesn't have these issues when plugged into shore power, so was disappointed that the listing didn't include this important info.
