NEVER STAY HERE!! This place has falsely advertised themselves, the photos are definitely nor reflective of the actual place, it is absolutely disgusting. I booked for a week and only stayed one night, as it was so filthy. I gave notice the next morning and then they wouldn’t refund me the rest of the week even though I was happy to pay for the first night. There is no staff on site , all communication is over the phone. there is a number to call on the reception door. Policy is that they need 24 hours notice when cancelling so they needed to refund the rest of the booking to me. They were rude and horrible people to deal with, so be warned, you will not get a refund in accordance with policy from this place. I wish I had read the reviews before booking so perhaps this is my own fault. I just wanted others to know to steer clear of this motel, it’s not what it looks like, READ THE REVIEWS!

I legitimately don’t understand what everyone else was going off about. Yes, this place needs a bit of a spruce up as some of it is a bit dated, and yes, it probably needs a proper deep-clean just to go over some of the harder to reach places but overall, it is clean, tidy, smells fine, and has oodles of space. This is coming from someone who has stayed in 10 different accommodations on this trip alone.

No one was manning the place - cleaning staff unable to communicate due to lack of English ,external light shone into room all night so we had to hang blanket over curtains ,all glassware unclean ,whole complex old and tired. Our smoke alarm went off due to bathroom steam and a loud fan was on the whole time so had to sleep with earplugs. Won’t be returning

Room was filthy with stained carpet, Musty smell. Filthy under beds and sofa. I was shown another room, but that room was not suitable for myself, wife and daughter to reside in for four days. I was then shown another room which barely made the bar, because the staff member who was assisting me was very hospitable i took that room. So I compliment staff member Sam for his hospitality.

Basic low cost accomodation which was fine for 3 guys to put their heads down overnight for a few hours sleep on a road trip Sth - prior to catching the Cook Straight Ferry which is an easy 15 minute off peak run down the motorway. Night manager was great - wait to dial zero after the closed / office hours advice.

The place is clean and very good value for your money. The location is also excellent since it is very close to the mall. Reception is unattended most of the time but it wasn't a major issue for us. Checkin and checkout is a breeze. The staff/cleaner was very helpful as well.

Tidy comfortable but tired accommodation- price reflective so that’s ok. Staff was nice to Deal with and if I had some constructive criticism it would be please fix the front door lock and keep the shower curtain updated at all times, no one wants to shower with pink/red/black mould on it shower curtain. A cheap fix by replacing it would make a difference. Overall pleasant experience

stayed in studio room was a bit outdated visible mold on walls and around window joinery windows hard to close and open probably just old, visible patch jobs on wallpaper to keep it sticking to wall, shower head was cracked so water sprayed out onto toilet as well as body, shower curtain also a bit moldy and did not cover shower area well enough so bathroom was pretty soaked after a shower. Room also never serviced for new towels or taking rubbish away. TV and Wi-Fi also very slow and buffered, check in and check out were easy. Price was pretty good for area and what you get.
