The food at this resort is not good. One restaurant had decent food and it wasn’t even open everyday. We had terrible service staying here, our room wasn’t ready to check in for over an hour and the staff seemed miserable greeting us at restaurants. The few staff who were nice to us we did appreciate & Tip daily.

Best thing about the hotel is it’s right on maho beach. Food believe all the other reviews. They had the same things everyday/everynight. Probably ate there 2 days. It’s maybe worth it if you have kids but leaving and getting food on the island is better if you ask me. Bathroom set up is terrible the bathroom floor gets wet everytime. 3 elevators very slow and people pack in like sardines (with no a/c) I was staying for a week with my significant other and we slept in a little late one morning and the hotel was doing work on the building and it was literally right above us and there was no notice AT ALL! so loud banging all morning. You do hear the planes a lot. Also we booked island view room and hated how we have the top of the building then the island they should put something there really. Staff very stand off ish. Only a few very sweet and nice. All in all I’d give it a solid 5/10 for location purposes. Would I stay again? Probably not.

The property itself is beautiful and the location is great. However, the experience was overshadowed by the staff—unfortunately, the majority came across as rude and unprofessional, often rolling their eyes when guests asked for help. This really detracted from what could have been an enjoyable stay.

It was a nice resort however my room upon arrival was not clean to the max, they were crumbs on the floor & throughout our stay our room had ants. There was a hurricane during our stay so that stifled our ability to do things which is no one's fault. The food was mid. Staff were friendly, there was always a cab waiting outside. The 9 & 10th floors provided extra amenities, which was great as well. My partner felt like there was very little to do at the resort other than eat and swim, although there were some resort planned activities like karaoke, a show and trivia.
