Great Place.. the breakfast is good and the staff work hard to make sure guests are satisfied. It is off of the main street but bikes are available.

Arrivée pourtant avant 18 heures, cet établissement n'a pas tenu compte de ma réservation de 4 nuits. Je n'ai obtenu aucune explication à cette surprenante annulation et cela malgré un courriel rédigé le soir même au directeur de cet hotel. Remboursement en dollars et en kips au lieu de l'euro. Frais de dossier de e-bookers/expedia non remboursé. Au vu des tableaux d'offre de services proposés trop bien visibles (tuk-tuk pour aéroport, chute de Kuang Si, billets de train..), cet hotel semble vivre davantage de ces prestations d'ailleurs un peu chers que de la location de chambre. Direction vietnamienne.

Parfait !

Cet établissement est idéalement situé, un peu à l'écart du centre qui reste très facilement et rapidement accessible à pied. Les lieux sont calmes et sûrs. Ma chambre était très agréable et bien équipée (même un réfrigérateur, une bouilloire et un sèche-cheveux). La literie était confortable. La chambre était propre et a été nettoyée tous les jours. Le personnel était un peu réservé mais toutefois sympathique. Enfin le petit-déjeuner était excellent (assiette de fruits frais, choix entre plusieurs plats préparés à la demande, différentes boissons chaudes ou froides au choix). Le prix d'une chambre est certes un peu élevé (par rapport à l'offre disponible à Luang Prabang), mais les prestations offertes sont à la hauteur.
