It wasn’t a bad stay although they were an hours and almost 30mins behind on check in. The guy up front was nice and doing his best. The breakfast was not too bad, they had the waffle machine not high enough because my waffle was not cooked all the way. They also had over expired yogurt out there that expired well over a month ago. Other than that, it was quiet. The room was clean and nice.

The property was average. There was water. Standing in the hallway. The manager at the desk was rude. We were supposed to be able to check in at 3 . None of the rooms were ready. The girl at the desk asked me if I wanted a refund very rudely on my room just because I sighed. I had kids and a dog in the car with me and was tired. She admitted to letting the people that were there the night before just leave when they wanted to, because they were a bunch of kids. She was complaining about having to work several double shifts, which wasn't my fault. She was more focused on her coworkers than helping customers.

Bad Service

I made a reservation online for a one night stay. Upon arriving we waited about 10 min in the lobby before anyone showed up at the counter. When she arrived, it looked like she was in a bad mood/sleeping, and said the server was down and there was no record of my reservation. When I said I would like to cancell such reservation she said there was no rooms available. But then when we said we would go somewhere else, she changed her whole mood and said she could make acomodations and find two rooms for the night if we paid for a whole new reservation, which we had to do because it was already past midnight and my original reservation was the wrong date.

Bathroom fan started to make LOUD noises and it got worst as the night went by. I called front desk around 1am , and was told that it’s a problem that maintenance has been on it but they couldn’t do anything else about it. My family and I could not sleep comfortably through the night. I asked for manager and was denied any type of contacting them. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just simply give us another room. Also, we were told that it happens to many other rooms too..? This does not make sense. I will continue to wait for the “call” 👎
