FIND ANOTHER HOTEL

Ceiling falling in by the window. 110 degrees walking to our room on the 6th floor No ice machine Bathroom the size of a voting booth. 90 minutes of breakfast time left and the lady wouldn't make eggs or sausage because "we dont want to have food left over" I would've changed hotels... but My dad is dying in a hospital ...this is not what i need deal with...

When we checked in our room on the 5th floor the AC was broken and it was HOT! I asked for maintenance to be sent up to work on it, but we were trying to get ready for a wedding in a 100* room. I went down to the front desk and asked if we could switch rooms and the kind man working the front got us switched right away, AND it was on the same floor NEXT DOOR to my family. It was so amazing and kind of him to do that for us! Can't recommend enough!

The property is old. He has a lot of patch work. The toilet was extremely dirty. When I mentioned the dirty toilet the front desk attendant. He gave me a bottle of disinfectant, towel and gloves for me to clean it myself. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this property.

Good location in regards to the university, poor plumbing, tub water took forever to drain. They never gave us new towels or serviced the room. They ran out of food for breakfast, I think the truck didn’t come in.

Main lock did not lock, toilet would not flush, no hot water in the bathroom sink, only hot breakfast were eggs and sausage. Rooms are not cleaned daily, you have to leave your towels outside your room and go get fresh ones. The room smelled dirty.

The staff at the property were very friendly. Checking in and out was easy. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy. The shower floor was very slippery. The breakfast buffet was was limited in offerings. Overall a fair price for a night’s sleep.

It felt like a quiet, safe place to stay. However there were plenty of things wrong with the room or had issues such as a flickering bathroom light, a door you practically had to kick open because it did not open easy. Lastly, the keycard did not work the 2nd night coming back, so I had to go down to the desk and get it fixed up, which they did rather quickly. It’s cheap and I got what I paid for, but would not stay here again because of the inconveniences that piled up over the course of 2 nights
