Did not visit the gym, but the staff were very friendly and prioritized our security which was important to us. There was a clean, fresh smelling room waiting for us after a long drive. There were spaces in the main area as well as in our room to use for business/school purposes.

It looked like someone slept in the sheets before I did and they were all marked with black marks like dried mascara. Curtains were stained and gross but the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Not a terrible stay but wish it was cleaner.

When I arrived, the first room, they gave me did not have a working television and had 2 burnt out lightbulbs. When I went to the front desk, she said that the last guest said the same thing. She offered to allow me to move rooms. I tried four additional rooms before returning my stuff back to the first room. Two of the rooms they had me try had roaches. Another room did not have a working TV and the last room they had me try had horrible stains and the carpet was in disrepair as well as an offensive odor. They offered me no compensation after hauling my stuff to the various rooms. I returned to my room with the broken TV and the burnt out lightbulbs. They did send somebody to eventually fix the TV and replace the lightbulbs.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in..possibly ever. Clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. The low rates worried us because usually you get what you pay for but that was not the case here. If you are ever in Lubbock, this is a must stay.

The hotel is very nice. It’s clean and modern. It has everything you need for a few nights stay. The inky issue we had was nightly noise. The first night there was a man talking so loudly in the lobby (we were in the first floor) at 3am that I couldn’t sleep. Then on the next night, the people next to us were throwing something against the wall repeatedly for about 20 minutes (at least that’s what it sounded like) around 11:30 pm. Not good when you are trying to sleep!
