The hotel is pretty good for a couple of nights. We had hot water, bed was comfortable, and A/C worked well. It also has a fridge, which was nice. The breakfast is OK, it could be better. But better than nothing. The staff was very nice and helped us with getting extra towels. I believe the rug in the room needs to be cleaned up.

Some of the elevator buttons don’t light up at all and you have to hold them down the entire time or the elevator won’t move. It took time (and a bit of anxiety) to figure this out. Got a different elevator the second time we went downstairs and had the same experience. Don’t like sketchy elevators. Also, the A/C fan stops running during the night unless someone gets up. It’s like it’s motion activated to save on electricity which makes the room have no airflow and makes it very stuffy. Ugh

The room wasn’t as clean as expected. The floor had stuff on the carpet that you could easily see and 1 of the beds was dirty & we had to get clean sheets. Staff didn’t bother to change the bed for us just handed us a set of sheets. The bathroom looked pretty clean, but we had no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. We won’t be staying here again.

The staff was friendly and super helpful! This was a last minute trip to check out colleges for my daughter. Wonderful staff, friendly and very helpful with all of our questions about the area. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We felt safe which is a big deal on the road.
