CACHI 3 est un appartement spacieux et lumineux situĂ© au coeur du centre historique de Lucca, Ă  PIAZZA SAN GIOVANNI, en face de son Ă©glise et offrant une vue magnifique sur la façade romane, les marbres et les carreaux de Carrare blancs. Chaque fenĂȘtre est une image. Magnifique panorama depuis le balcon! Vue privilĂ©giĂ©e sur la beautĂ© de la place San Giovanni et des jardins intĂ©rieurs.

L'appartement est situé au troisiÚme étage d'un immeuble de réassurance et dispose d'un ascenseur. L'appartement est doté de la climatisation dans chaque chambre et d'une connexion wifi trÚs fiable fournie par la compagnie de téléphone nationale.

Le luxe depuis le dĂ©but: un ascenseur vous mĂšne du niveau de la rue Ă  la porte de l'appartement. Perfect place.

This was our 3rd, week long stay in Lucca. Previously, we had a lovely apartment that wasn’t available this time. We were pleasantly surprised with this apartment and particularly the attention from Lucca Apartments and Villas. Everyone working there is upbeat and efficient. The apartment is in a great location although, within the walls, it’s hard not to be centrally located. It is simple, spacious and filled with light. Highly recommend it.

Apartment 3 was just lovely. Location was perfect and Lucca is a great town to relax. We had a clogged drain and was fixed immediately. Stella was not attentive during chec in and it would have been nice to know how to use heater/ac unit.

Wonderful Lucca Location

We couldn't be more happy with our stay in Lucca. The apartment was in a great location within the walls of Lucca. We had no issues with checkin as Manuel (our host) was waiting for us on arrival. Manuel was very kind and gave us a tour of the apartment and provided great information about touring Lucca. The apartment was clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was outstanding. In fact we used the balcony for our daughter's wedding ceremony. Since the apartment was on the third floor, the elevator was very useful for luggage and tired feet at the end of the day touring Lucca. We highly recommend this apartment for future Lucca travelers.

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Very well located on the edge of the touristy area and a short walk to almost everything. The apartment was stylish, spacious and very comfortable, and the the roof terrace a wonderful place to start (and finish) the day.

Fantastic Place to Stay In Lucca

This place was just fantastic! It is large & clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The location was convenient and Sonia was so helpful in getting us a cab to and from the parking garage. The patio was perfect for evening wine & cheese. We were very happy with our stay! The elevator is slow but it works!!

perfect in every detail

Very nice Lucca apartment for three people. This apartment has an exceptional terrace and good kitchen space. The neighborhood is very upscale and safe. Closest access to train is a 10 minute walk. The Train links Lucca to everywhere and it is very easy to understand. Closest grocery store is Il Cuore at Piazza San Giusto, half block away. It's the best grocery in town, with a very nice wine and delicacies selection. At first glance there doesn't appear to be many restaurants within easy walking distance as the square looks so quiet, but a little exploration proved otherwise. We ate at Giglio (almost in front of the apartment, 1 michelin star restaurant), Blend (great for cocktails too), Olio su Tavolo (contemporary art gallery with kitchen, so charming) and many others. All of these restaurants were excellent. Don't forget to have an italian old fashioned drink at the bar down in the square. Very comfortable, homey cafe. Used the recommended car service and recommend it. Very prompt and very helpful. Really takes the stress out of travel. As usual this rental company gets top grades in my book. I've used Mrs Sonia's three times now. Great service and very responsive to all our needs. We love Lucca!

Lovely Lucca, lovely apartment

Superb location, very modern and spacious apartment on the top floor. Yes I can confirm the lift is slow but to be honest it served it’s purpose when we had all our luggage and then after that we needed the exercise to try to make up for the fantastic food and drink we consumed. The highlight for us was the south facing terrace and loved sitting there late into the evening, with yet another glass of wine. The only one suggestion I would have - and this is just personal preference - would be to have a couple of sunloungers or reclining chairs on the terrace - but then again I probably would never leave it!!We will be back.

LOVE THIS APARTMENT

I love everything about this apartment. It is in a great central location in a pedestrian area so it is quiet. It has an elevator. Yes, it is slow as previous guests have stated, but when you have luggage, groceries or if you are tired it is great to have. The apartment is well designed with two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a laundry room with drying racks. The terrace is amazing, I just wish that we had used it more but we were constantly on the go. The apartment is located in a piazza along with the church of San Giovanni. They have nightly Puccini concerts which we highly recommend. Great restaurants are close by. The information booklet that the owners put together is very helpful and I recommend taking their advice. This is a great place to stay.

Stayed for 7 nights in early Sept. in this delightful apartment in the lovely town of Lucca. The apartment is perfectly situated by the San Giovanni church. Here each night they have a Puccini recital which we attended 3 times. A wonderful hours entertainment of top quality operatic singing. The apartment itself is on the top floor with a lovely terrace giving great views over the rooftops and the mountains behind. The bedrooms are on the opposite side and overlook the Piazza with the church. This gives plenty of opportunities to people watch from above ! The apartment is clean and has 2 bathrooms each with a shower ( no bath ) . The kitchen has all the appliances needed although no toaster. Air conditioning is in the living room and kitchen area only, not in the bedrooms. With the doors closed it could get a little warm at night but nothing too bad. Location is excellent as the main shopping street, Via Fullingo is a 3 minute walk away. Everything is on your doorstep but in a quiet setting. No noise at night so lovely and quiet. Lastly there is a lift to the apartment which is amusingly pedestrian but it does help with the luggage etc. Sonja met us on arrival and was very helpful and enthusiastic and gave us advice and tips on getting the best from her home town. I would happily return here next time we stay in Lucca. Highly recommended.

Great location inside the walls !

We stayed at apartment cachi 3 at the 3rd and last floor of the building located at Piazza San Giovanni very near to Duomo and walking distance from all attractions. Outstanding location ! By the way, we had a rented car but never used it within the walls - it's all about walking and bicycling !! The apartment is in an old building as expected but it has been redecorated recently with brand new appliances and furniture so all the basics are covered ... it was a comfortable stay for three people during a whole week. The only issue was related to the wi-fi signal: in the very first day we lost the signal in the ADSL modem and it could not be fixed for the whole week ... it took days for the administrator to get another modem so we had to pay a small fortune on our cells roaming bill to stay connected with home. By the way, pay attention to the two options of payment as if you choose credit card there will be a 2.7% fee plus the 60 Euros fee for cleaning plus the soggiorno city tax 30 Euros and the administrator expects cash only at entrance. On a charming note, the elevator is unforgettable - it runs so slowly up and down that you can take the stairs easily and beat it to the ground ... it was amusing and lots of fun to ride in. We recommend the place for your next trip to Lucca.

Beautiful property, very well located

I spent five nights in the property with my wife. The apartment is clean, modern and very well located, we could easily walk anywhere within the walled city area, plenty of bars, restaurants churches, museums. We particularly enjoyed spending early evening on the terrace watching the swifts overhead while having a sun-downer.
