The barrier-free apartment is located in the rear part of the owner company's residential building and can also be easily reached with a wheelchair or walking aid via a ramp. It covers an area of approx. 35 square meters and includes a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery for up to 12 people, egg cooker including cups, sufficient cutlery and Coffee and breakfast dishes. Free WiFi is offered.

In addition to a 2-door wardrobe and a dining table for 4 people, there is also a double sofa bed with a table, TV with satellite dish, wardrobe and enough space in the drawer cupboard. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds with a 90×200 cm lying surface, which can also be used as a double bed when pushed together. Additionally, a radio alarm clock, a reading lamp and another side cabinet for personal items.

Bed linen, towels, bicycle rental are also available, as are reading material for young and old.

Outside the apartment, a terrace of approx. 15 square meters invites you to linger. Leisure chairs and sun loungers are available here. There is also a bicycle parking space for your own bikes right next to the terrace. In addition to Lake Schlabendorfer, which is about 500 meters away on foot, there are 4 other swimming and fishing lakes at a distance of up to 8 km.
