The Shred Shack is overall a great place to stay!
The front door is perhaps 100ft or so from Sachem where the trail access is super easy. The ski vestibule at the entrance is well laid out and there is an extra bench for someone to sit on at the top of the stairs. the condo is laid out well and everything works. the kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped and has KraftMaid cabinets even. The master has an adjustable bed that is comfy. The little bunkhouse is adjacent to the utility room but has double doors for privacy and drawers underneath for stuff. The Roku TV is great and because it is, you can sign in to any streaming services to which you subscribe. wifi works perfect. there is a comfy easy chair with an ottoman, a full size sofa with a long storage ottoman with lots of extra blankets and pillows, and a plush loveseat in the sunken living room providing cozy seating for 6. There is a single full bathroom with access from both the hall and the master. (so be prepared to share!) they have shelves and a double towel rack in the bath on which towels for 6 are hung. The shower has a massage head which is nice. Overall itâs a clutch condo, itâs in great shape and is well maintained. the memorabilia from young Mr. Baintonâs days as a snowboard hero and giant Okemo trail map are great touches. The thing we would recommend to the owner is to replace the mattress on the sofa bed. If youâre at the 6-person capacity, the two guests on the sofa sleeper would not sleep well. Thanks!
