Great condo for a small group ski weekend. Only note is that we had to call to get the hot water turned on as it wasnât done beforehand. Otherwise very enjoyable.
Unfortunately there was a hot water heater issue and the management company could not fixit nor provide a replacement property ahead of a busy holiday weekend.

Great place, awesome location close to the lifts. But we had no hot water for 4 days and management didnât respond until the night before we checked out to tell us that there was a heating unit malfunction. They gave us a 20% refund but for the major inconvenience this caused, we expected better.
Place and location were good. That said management company never sent our check information. Apparently they had sent separate email that required ID verification and was deleted as I thought it was spam. I completely understand why this would be helpful but has never been required at any place I've stayed before. The problem is that this was never communicated in the text I received day prior or with booking email. When I realized I had received no checkin details it then took over 1.5 hrs before I was finally able to get someone to direct me on how to do the ID verification, mind you checkin was at 4p and now it's almost 6p. Then when I went to discuss with Vacasa management the poor customer experience they said there was nothing they could do since the original ID verification email was sent. All in all, very poor initial impression since once they put me in contact with the right person it only took a couple minutes to do the verification and shouldn't have required an 1.5 hr of back and forth with customer service representatives
Home wonderful as long as you donât need any assistance from Vacasa while you are there.
Home was wonderful. Location was great. Vacasa is terrible. Itâs impossible to get them to help with any issue. House had a broken vacuum cleaner. With two little children and wall to wall carpeting, we wanted to vacuum after meals. We called vacasa 3 times and were told each time someone would get back to us but no one ever did. How hard is it to get a vacuum cleaner with all the properties they have to clean each week???? Shame on them for not wanting to help us to help them keep the carpets clean!
Location was great. Unfortunately, no water to unit until second day due to failure of anyone turning on valve as well as no instructions or method to do so. Also, pool and fitness center not open until end of stay, alternate area was in very busy area and not easy to park.
The unit was overall fine, a bit dated, but clean and spacious. Unfortunately, they did not provide the key to access the pool, hot tub, and gym on arrival, and we had to spend multiple hours on the phone each day to finally get it solved, not receiving the key until the final night before we left.
This unit was perfect for our 4 couple, Saturday to Wednesday ski trip. Enough space for everyone and the absolute perfect slope side location. We did have two couples share one of the rooms, but you could very easily have one sleep in the living room as the couch is a sleeper sofa.
We had a great time staying at this well kept condo on the ski mountain. Grandkids took their first ski lessons and fully enjoyed skiing and the indoor pool. Had a minor issue with the front door keypad and pool keys, but overall we had a wonderful time
