Resort Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, and other shared amenities are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures.
Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snow conditions, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.
Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released.
Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, or air-quality conditions, including snowstorms, icy roads, wildfire smoke, travel delays, flight disruptions, late arrivals, or early departures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
