Your holiday home is located directly in the old village centre, surrounded by old houses, some of which are thatched.
The village centre is also home to the iconic Lutterbeker, which is known beyond the village boundaries for its wide-ranging cultural programme.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower (90 x 90 cm), a hallway with a large hall cupboard and a living and dining room with an open-plan kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker with ceramic hob and extractor bonnet, a microwave and a fridge with 3-star freezer compartment. Other appliances such as a toaster, kettle and coffee machine complete the equipment.
The living room area offers a flat-screen TV with German programmes and a radio with CD and MP3 connection.
In addition to a separate WC, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds on the upper floor (two more people can sleep on a pull-out sofa bed on the ground floor). You will also find a large built-in wardrobe and a cosy wing chair in the upstairs hallway, which invites you to relax.
The small garden with terrace offers the opportunity to prepare your meals on the charcoal barbecue and enjoy them with a cool drink, even on sunny days, thanks to the parasol provided.
A free car parking space and bicycle racks are available on our private grounds.
You can enjoy free WLAN access with fast fibre optic internet throughout the house and garden.
The beautiful Steiner natural beach is just 3 km away and can be easily reached by bike or car. The fine sandy beach is particularly popular with families with children, kiters and windsurfers, as the shallow water only deepens very gently due to the long sandbanks.
There are two different golf courses in the immediate vicinity where you can improve your handicap. In less than 10 minutes by car, you can pursue your hobby in the fresh sea air either at the Kitzeberg Golf Club near Heikendorf or at the Hohwacht golf course.
For horse fans of all ages, the agricultural Probstei region offers wonderful trail rides (even on the beach in the early and late season). Beginners and riding students are also very welcome here and can learn how to ride safely on horseback.
Whether it's classic surf fishing from the shore or fly fishing for sea trout with waders - anglers will find excellent conditions here to land the big catch! If you want to increase your chances of catching big fish even more, take a trip on one of the fishing boats that set sail from Laboe, for example.
In nearby Schönkirchen, you can relax to your heart's content in a beautifully designed wellness and sauna area at MARE after a long cycle tour or in bad weather. The centre also has a fitness and swimming area. The distance is less than 10 minutes by car.
