Terrific location for Christmas Markets, pleasant and cozy hotel, beautiful decor. Very spacious room,very nice surprise that it had a view to the Xmas Market, wish it had wooden floor rather than carpets but thats my personal preference. Loved having bath robe and slippers provided, very nice touch and great tobhave a kettle in the room too. Things to improve, breakfast was nice but could do with being refilled more often as when we arrived 1 hour before it closed, a lot of items were already gone and not replaced for example the small croissants. It would have been better to have a coffee machine in the breakfast area instead of having a la carte. Friendly staff, overall a very pleasant experience and would certainly return, thank you for everything.

I love the history of the Cravat hotel. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The only quibble I have is being given an “internal” room where the window just looks out to the opposite wall.

I visited during the Christmas markets and it is located right opposite the main market. However, there are many other markets around. The hotel bar is a great feature. Its a retro hotel so dont expect any modern Ipad check ins or gadgets.

I would call it a boutique hotel, charming, clean and with pretty spacious rooms. Staff was outstanding from front desk on. Bar was amazing, but not open Monday so that was a drag, but excellent drinks and ambiance

Great hotel. Charm and old world simple class.

The people here are great. They want your stay to be the best it can be. Mental was the best. Im not sure i soelled hus name right. Loved our room. NOT modern. Felt just right for the city. When i come back, thats where i will stay. So convenient ti everything. Old, but giving the right vibe of history and an older time. Stay there!

Lovely location, all the attractions are in walking distance. The bathrooms were great but the rooms were a bit dated (we stayed there twice during the trip). The breakfast had a lot of choices but lacked personal touches. The staff were friendly.

Great location and great service. I forgot a special shirt at the hotel and they mailed the shirt back to me in Canada when I covered the postage. Location is close to a public parking lot and easy to access.

The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The hotel room was dated, but comfortable and we had a small balcony with a great view and you could not beat the location .... however, if you are driving and you are dropping off your bags, there is really no where to do that, and we weren't there for literally two minutes and a police car pulled up next to us!
