AC is not available, during booking they should have inormed me that ac so be kept off. By leaving the widow open the noise of the city was disturbing.

Very good - large clean room, good bed, excellent bathroom & shower. 6th floor - good lift, fortunately. Quiet. No public rooms, nor restaurant. Both unnecessary. Staff helpful & polite. If we return to Luxembourg, will book again. However - USB sockets in room would be a good idea. Small beef - we had adaptors.

The staff were friendly and approachable. The room is small and bed is comfortable. The property is in a great location with plenty to see and do and restaurants. Train and trams are literally 70 meters away. Road construction on the corner ourside the hotel was a big negative but will be done soon by the look of things.

Misleading representation in info provided on booking and hotel information. No mention about breakfast being off site. If I wanted to walk to the station and eat there I would have chosen that option. Confirmation of booking said it was buffet breakfast - it was not - it was a limited and served option. Hotel information stated laundry facilities - there were none on site. Hotel decor was tacky / etched glass in shower of a posing woman and black/white/ted scheme was 80d inspired. Hotel has odd smell. Perhaps worst value I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Central stay in Luxembourg

Minutes from central station and 24 hour reception was manned by friendly and helpful staff. Felt safe as a solo traveller. Spotless and newly renovated.

Bad hotel and expensive

Location is right next to the station. The station is a really unsafe area, even in the daytime. It’s like a ghetto with drug dealers, addicts and many dodgy people. Waited 10 minutes at reception because the receptionist was away having a break. Hallways smell badly. Room was small. Bed was small. Floors were not clean. Walls had stains. Mould and cobwebs in the shower. Outside the window there was a recurring droning noise every 5 seconds. Airco remote control was screwed to the wall which meant it was not possible to adjust the fan speed. As for this being a ‘design’ hotel, well that must be ironic. It looks and feels cheap and there is no consistency in the design at all. Avoid this area and this hotel.

nice place to stay in and very convenient to rail & tram, however the area around didn't feel safe with various groups of males congregating close by. Our wives definately didn't feel safe. Otherwise nice enough hotel and comfortable to stay in
