Lovely getaway.

Lovely getaway. Doggy heaven with so much to explore both in the grounds and local area. Perivale has literally everything you could need for a weekend in the country. Itñ€ℱs a comfy and snuggly retreat to relax in after lovely long walks. We really enjoyed our stay and will def be going back next year.

Lovely accommodation and facilities provided by the owners, who were very helpful and friendly. Great for dogs as they are well catered for with bowls, towels and even warm water outside to wash them after a muddy walk. There were other touches too which were very thoughtful and well considered. A big downside to the accommodation is the sloping ceilings. Even people who aren’t particularly tall are at risk of hitting their head, which happened to one of our party. The small room sizes do not help in this regard. Good views at the back. At the front there are pylons and an electricity substation. Conveniently placed for the Forest and steam railway opposite.

Just back from a brilliant weekend away.

Just back from a brilliant weekend away. Owners have gone out of their way to make the accommodation as comfortable and stylish as possible. Garden and walks around immediate area were great for three dogs, we all thought no charge for dogs was amazing and one of very few places that allowed three dogs to stay. So many little touches that we so appreciated. Would love to return again in the summer. Highly recommended.

Well equipped and decorated cottage. Lovely hosts. So friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Loved the little touches; especially for our four legged friends such a hot hose dog wash outside with shampoo, towels, poo bags and treats. Amazing location for scenery and walks and the garden is fantastic. Our boys couldn’t stop playing in it, including the 3 dogs! Well worth booking and a visit to the beautiful Forest of Dean. We will be returning!

This is a stylish and comfortable lodge with everything we needed.

This is a stylish and comfortable lodge with everything we needed. Super dog friendly grounds and facilities. The location is a great base for visiting the area and the grounds are stunning. The owners were very welcoming and there was a fantastic welcome pack. There was even one for our doggy!

Great property, although right on the owners property, they are not intrusive and the garden and extended walks are great for your four legged friends
