Loved that they have an EV charger there. The shower floor was disgusting. The elevator was inoperable at the time (I get it, it happens). There was no food to speak of either in the morning so that wasn't great. The people were nice though!

The food I purchased at the Bistro was terrible! My 1st order was for a burger but it looked over cooked and crunchie. I don’t believe that it was originally hamburger meat? Then I ordered fried chicken wings but weren't fried well. I won't eat there.

The room was nice enough, but the hotel insisted on charging extra for food, coffee, and parking. It’s supposed to be a luxury hotel - don’t nickel and dime your customers like that!

Shower floor was stained and hasn’t been scrubbed in some time. You know that brown stain from dirty feet in white fibreglass tubs. Yeah. That. USB-a port was broken and unuseable. Sink is clogged and wouldn’t drain effectively. Hair conditioner was empty. And our room reservation was for a king bed, but we got two queens. These are basic upkeep things, and to see them as described above is quite disappointing.
