Very pleasant. Friendly staff. Parked my extremely convenient. Walking distance to a variety of good restaurants. We ate at Inkawhich was excellent.

Tub did not drain well. Concrete from parking was rough. Stairs required from parking. Not easy for older person. Room was 'assessible' but had a tub to access shower. It did have grab bars but not easy to use.Coffee maker did not work properly. No breakfast available restaurant not open.

The hotell was clean and the staff were friendly. Our stay did NOT include breakfast (outdated information ) but there were good eating options within walking distance. We felt safe walking the streets. Parking is free in a garage connected to the hotel

While the years have taken their toll on all of historic Lynchburg, you can tell that this was once the grande dame of the city. The staff was so friendly and super accommodating to my needs during my stay, as I was trying to take care of a relative. I will definitely stay here again!

Okay for an overnight quick stay.

Hotel was fine for an overnight stay. Beds were not so comfortable. Not plushy if you are looking for plushy. Okay for quick stay.

Did not like that the side door was unlocked all night even though the sign said it would close. Front desk staff was on the guest computer, not watching lobby area. There was a man lingering in the hallway on my floor and made me feel very unsafe. Run down parking garage next to hotel with a lot of garbage. Bathroom floor was dirty and so was the shower. AC unit wasn't working properly.
