Love this hotel so much. There was some confusion over the room that I thought I had booked, but that was really my fault rather than the hotel, but they went to all lengths to make sure we were happy - and we were. Staff are super friendly, not just in the hotel but the restaurant for breakfast and in the attached pub next door. Such a great stay - thank you for looking after us :)

Fantastic room with sea view made for a magical stay, we added an extra night as it was so good. Loved the fresh milk in fridge to make hot drinks & the breakfast was lovely. Quirky diuble "The Botanist' was lovely, very clean with fresh biscuits and tea and coffee provided. We were made aware of where we could find extra milk, coffee, towels etc by the reception staff. All staff were very accommodating. The bar was very pleasant with the staff giving good advice about cider and wine. Roast dinner was great - a real show stopper!

The decor of this Victorian building is superb. From the floor tiles and reception rooms decorated in the style of the era. Our bedroom modern and very clean. All the staff were lovely and we were allowed to park in the private parking, a real bonus! The breakfast was superb.
