Hotel e bom bem localizado so cafe da manha acho que teria que melhora,só um pouco mais como tapioca de carne era mais gostosa so teve no 1 dia de estadia fiquei 3 diárias.Ha nao foi colocado que hotel estava em reforma na plataforma aqui mas o gerente do hotel foi muito gentil e mudou para quarto no 3 andar que tava bem melhor referente ao cheiro e barulho da reforma . Nos demais foi boa a experiência bem localizado perto da praia.

Sou usuario da Rede Aram e pela primeira vez estivemos em um quarto com problemas, alem disso saimos para jantar e passear e qdo voltamos devido nosso quarto estava aberto, pois era para arrumar o ar condicionado, além de nao arrumarem e termos que trocar de quarto as meia noite, sofremos o risco de roubarem algo de nossas coisas.

Pesadelo de hospedagem no Aran Ouro Branco

Recomendo a não estadia no Aran Ouro Branco Hotel em Maceió. Hotel extremamente sujo, o banheiro parece que há tempos não é lavado, box sujo, vaso encardido e com muito mal cheiro, paredes de sujas e mofadas. Quarto paredes com mofo e teia de aranha, armário com cheiro de mofo. Camas com lençóis e edredom com mal cheiro, tolhas de banho encardidas. Café da manhã: pães requentados, a parte de bolos, pães de queijo e massas mal feitas, muito ruim, leite e iogurte destampados. Refeitório ambiente muito sujo, vidros sujos e manchados . Elevadores com as paredes muito sujas. Piscina recebe a visita de pombos que deixam as fezes na borda e penas na água da piscina. Gente fujam desse hotel.... Tive o desprazer de conhecê -lo.

O quarto em que ficamos, o vitrô do banheiro era de vidro transparente e o pessoal do prédio vizinho tinha a visão do banheiro. Tivemos que colocar uma toalha no vitrô para mais privacidade. No mais foi tudo perfeito, funcionários, limpeza e o café da manhã.

O ambiente é agradável, o café da manhã é muito bom e tem muita variedade de alimentos! O que me incomodou foi o piso do hotel, que não é porcelanato e sim uns quadradinhos, e com isso faz muito barulho quando passa a mala, especialmente no período da noite/madrugada! Outra coisa péssima é o elevador que parece ser antigo, faz muito barulho e dá uns “truncados”, você não tem segurança completa, fora que ele não tem um sensor de entrada/saída na porta, e nisso ela fechou no meu braço. O atendimento é 10 e os funcionários muito educados :)

EVITEM ESSE HOTEL PARA NÃO PASSAREM RAIVA

As fotos simplesmente não condizem com a estrutura atual do hotel, o chuveiro QUANDO esquenta (o que é raro) demora muito tempo ocasionando um desperdício tremendo de água. Eles mandam deixar 1 minuto com ambos registros (quente e frio) abertos no máximo e nesse tempo o banheiro e o quarto enche de água. Estacionamento 20 reais para o carro ficar no Sol. Eu não recomendo este hotel, vale a pena pagar um pouco mais e ir para outro, tem muitas opções próximas.
