We had the ocean view room. It was clean and had a beautiful view, but very small and not enough room to hang or put away our clothes. The bathroom was very tiny as well. The sink, besides being so small, it didn’t have enough space in the sides to put our toiletries. The location is good, but if I knew better, I would have chosen a hotel in Ponta Verde, instead Pajucara. Much nicer area. The staff were friendly, but the hotel needs some improvement. The breakfast was good.

I had an outstanding experience during my stay in Maceió. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a fresh, pleasant scent. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking—waking up to the beauty of the ocean in Maceió was unforgettable. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and common areas, which were clean, relaxing, and well organized. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including local specialties that made the experience even more special. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maceió and I would absolutely return without hesitation.

We love the service minded staff made us feel very welcome! The wiew from the restaurant is absolutely breathtaking. The thinking we did not like is that the walls in the bathroom was falling apart down! And that air was totally shut if the ac was not on!

O hotel é bem localizado, o café-da-manhã é completo e tem uma vista maravilhosa da orla de Maceió. O estacionamento é adequado para carros grandes e o custo da diária é justo. Porém, dessa vez, me acomodaram num quarto com uma TV velha, sem streaming e localizado exatamente abaixo do restaurante. Tenho sono leve e, às 05:00 da manhã, começou uma barulheira vinda do teto que me acordou e não me deixou mais dormir. Na próxima vez vou solicitar que não me acomodem no apartamento 916...
