Very nice, humble, and clean hotel. Front desk staff was super kind and you could tell enjoyed their work. Great restaurant right across the street. Very walkable and well located.
I traveled with my son and daughter and this property offered rooms with three beds which was very convenient for us. The area has many opportunities for shopping and dining. We really enjoyed our stay.
Room was great, loved the artwork on the walls. Was actually my favorite hotel in the Cusco Machu Pichu area. Veey clean, the hotel is loved by the family who own and run it. Felt genuinely welcomed when I arrived. The young man working really tried hard to speak English and it really wasn't bad. I was up early headed to Machu Pichu and they made sure I had breakfast, I appreciated that so much. I left my suitcase there for the day and knew it was safe until my return. I wish I had stayed another night, but had train tickets back to Ollantaytambo and they can't be traded/ exchanged. It was the friendliest place I stayed.
Nice room, nice staff, good location. Internet is a bit slow, breakfast is very simple, the window in our room lead to an indoor area that was a bit noise.
Itâs a nice and affordable hotel. The hotel team is very friendly and you got the possibility to get fresh after the machu pichu tour, even when youâre already checked out. 10/10
Nice room with plenty hot shower. The staff are all kind and friendly. Only thing we missed was unstable WiFi in the room third floor. Fortunately, there WiFi at the reception area is strong and stable.
Good value for money accommodation in Aguas Calientes
Breakfast exceeded our expectations (juice, fruit, bread, cheese & ham, tomato & cucumber, coffee/tea all available)
The shower was good (temperature and pressure)
Do note that some rooms do not have windows
This is a great little nice hotel and nice bar on top flor but the neighborhood is just like in the street market area and people selling their stuff near the hotel. But not bad. Nice church next to the hotel.
