The room had cleanliness issues however reception insisted moving me hence no points deducted. The next room needs a deep clean of couch and headboard but it didn't detract from my stay. Great reception staff. ANNE.

I stay here often as Coral Cay is my hotel of choice when I travel, because they never falter when it comes to their beautiful well presented rooms and facilities. We had a hiccup with our room and straight away they put us in another room, no questions asked. So based on emergencies the communication was fast and friendly.
