This was by far the worst hotel I have ever booked. I picked this hotel because it has a pool, I wanted my kids to have a good time. Turns out the pool was extremely cloudy and dirty to the point you couldn’t even see the one ladder steps deep. Next to the pool they have a hot tube/spa, the water on that was GREEN! There was a smell in the room that as time went by it got worse like dead animal in the room, on top of the already smelly room. They moved me to a different room, no more rotten smell, but smelly room still. The location is great because the lake and ferry to the island are 4 minutes away walking, BUT the facilities are not maintained at all! The pictures make it seem like a great room until you get there. It’s a complete disappointment. The customer service is awful, they also have roches!! Despite they saying they don’t. If you want towels, you have to go get them from the main lobby, they don’t take anything over to your room!!!. Never booking there again!

The top of the door was broken so you couldn’t do an extra lock. The shower head wasn’t great and the pillows were smaller. The pool was not heated and super cold.

There are piles of dead lake flies by every guest room. The rooms are very outdated. The lamp shades are torn and dirty. Our TV didn’t work. We found a bug in our room. The pool and hot tub were dirty and the hot tub did not work. It was not hot at all-not even lukewarm. The beds had these

This hotel wasn’t bad but it wasn’t exceptional. Kel from housekeeping made sure we had a spotless room with cute folded towels and everything in the room was sparkling clean and organized. The room was moldy smelling from the air conditioning. Once the window was opened it was fine. The office staff was fine. Not friendly but not rude just fine. Close access to a beach but you would be better off taking a drive to a clean beach. Breakfast had many options & the town is fantastic. We would stay here again.

All hotels in the area appear dated, that’s not our issue. We expected that. Our two room “suite” was so dirty the carpet turned our granddaughter's feet black within minutes. The tv’s didn’t work consistently, the toilet was loose, the bathroom tile was cracked in multiple places, under the bed and tables appeared to not have been cleaned in YEARS, the trim around the main door frame had been shattered and painted over. My son dropped his phone and found world record sized dust bunnies, dirty socks/underwear and other unmentionable things. The best part of breakfast was the dry cereal and orange juice. We are extremely gracious travelers, and I don’t normally leave bad reviews….but this was extreme to pay $1100 for 3 nights and have a sliver of a glimpse of the Lake (lake view) between buildings and then have these circumstances is ridiculous.

Front desk very rude , they scam guest, I have my booking and when I arrive at 11pm for check in, they gave my reservation to someone else and after that they did not accommodate me in another room, they are not ready to listen and only answer that I can not do anything. Very unprofessional staff and manager. Not recommended for guest.

The food choices for breakfast were very lacking. One choice for fruit, the rest was all carbohydrates. We ended up going to the Toast a go go buffet which was nice. The pool was colder than the water in the lake, my legs were frozen for a few hours after several attempts to go in the pool.

Hotel staff is very helpful and cooperative, I did not like the room and they changed my room immediately. Hotel needs to improve its rooms, actually their rooms need renovation.
