The toilets did not flush. The one older front desk lady was mean and rude to customers. The tv did not work and they did not do anything about it. They had a dollar general cart in the hallway full of trash. The carpet was nasty and dirty.

Review

Tho the rooms are finally updated from the last time I stayed (three yrs ago), there is still work that needs to be done!! New door and frame, better a/c unit and refrigerator.. the water is rusty in the shower, the tub wasn’t clean so we didn’t use the tub AT ALL, there was a dirty towel jammed behind the door in the bathroom, the amount of money paid you’d expect much better!!

This was the worst hotel I have ever booked through.hotels com The place was filthy,the electrical outlet for the heater has no cover .I was afraid of connecting it so we sleept without heat. The tub was clogged and dirty. There were patches in the walls without paint a poor attempt to fix a hole in the wall. The bathroom light was falling off the toilet was like a rocking chair.. Nothing positive about the property

While the facility is showing its age, the room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast however left a little to be desired when compared to other similar facilities. No juice or cream for the coffee.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable smoke smell, and I even found ashes on the floor, which was very unsettling. Additionally, the doors did not lock properly, forcing me to block the door with a table for added security. Even more concerning, the faulty locks made it easy for my 1-year-old to open the door, which was a significant safety issue. The breakfast options were very minimal, leaving much to be desired for a morning meal. While the property was quiet and there were cameras on-site, the overall upkeep of the hotel was lacking. For instance, the attendants seemed unaware that a portrait on the wall was hanging loosely, which speaks to a general lack of attention to detail. Overall, while the quietness and added cameras were appreciated, the issues with cleanliness, safety, and maintenance made this a disappointing stay. I hope the management addresses these problems promptly.

Dirty room . Bed sheets looked like they weren’t changed. I was disgusted with the whole room . Pee on the back of the toilet, the AC /heater unit ran very loud almost like a generator. It was plagued to the receptacle that was coming out of the pipe in the floor - I have a photo of it . It looked like it was unsafe. My room should have not been offered before being scrubbed from the floor to the ceiling. Bad experience.
