Cosy appartment

We found Paolo a good host and a warm person. The information he provided was beyond our expectations, related to the appartment and surroundings, where to get the best food for the best price and of course for skiing. The appartment is rustique (originally built in 1788) with the typical alpine atmosphere we, a Dutch family (2 adults and 2 children), like. It has all the kitchen supplies to cook your owm meal. Madesimo can easily be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. Using all the ski gear and with the kids we preferred to take our car. We enjoyed our stay.

relax just outside Madesimo

Tiny House with beautifull view and no traffic. Chiavenna and Lake Spluga also reachable by bus. 5 Minutes walk to Madesimo centre. Clean, comfortable, practical with good swhower, bed and pillows with memory foam. Owner knows all walking routes and places to go and takes his time to explain it. We will come back to walk the other routes.

Sommer in Madesimo 2023

Sehr gut. Typisches, altes Steinhaus in den Bergen. Ort: Scalcoggia ca. 1 km vor Madesimo. Wohnung klein und somit gemütlich, allerdings nicht für 4 Erwachsene über längere Zeit geeignet. Meines Erachtens ideal für Familie mit max. 2 Kinder. Paolo, Gastgeber sehr freundlich und bemüht es einem recht zu machen.

Gemütliches Appartement

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr sehr herzlich begrüsst und genaustens über unser Appartement instruiert. Alles Notwendige war da, alles sauber und funktinionell. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund, so war der Platz ausreichend, jedoch zu viert könnte es sehr kuschelig sein. Nach Madesimo sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss, allerdings jetzt Zwischensaison eher verlassen. Zum Wandern ideal und nach Chiavenna nicht weit mit dem Auto. Wir würden wiederkommen.

PIACEVOLE

Siamo stati in vacanza a gennaio con la famiglia con 2 bambini piccoli e ci siamo travati benissimo. La casa è in una posizione strategica ovvero a pochi passi dal centro (5 minuti a piedi) e da cui partono sentieri per chi adora fare le passeggiate in montagna o per chi preferisce prendere la funivia per recarsi sulle piste innevate. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e ben riscaldato. Torneremo con piacere e grazie alla cordialità del proprietario Paolo! Nos fuimos de vacaciones en enero con la familia con 2 niños pequeños y lo pasamos genial. La casa se encuentra en una posición estratégica, a un corto paseo del centro (5 minutos a pie) y desde donde parten caminos para los amantes de las caminatas en la montaña o para los que prefieren tomar el teleférico para llegar a las pistas nevadas. El apartamento está equipado con todas las comodidades y está bien calentado. ¡Volveremos con mucho gusto y gracias a la amabilidad del propietario Paolo!

La proprietà si trova in un angolo estremamente tranquillo di Madesimo lontano da vie affollate. Alcuni dei sentieri iniziano praticamente dal giardino di casa. Proprietario gentile e molto disponibile.

Ottimo soggiorno invernale in questo piccolo ma accogliente rustico, completo di tutto il necessario. Ideale x 2/3 persone, ottima la posizione, sia x escursionisti che x sciatori. Il proprietario si è reso molto disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni richieste. CONSIGLIATO.

Traumhafte Lage

Sehr schön renovierte,saubere, kleine, traditionelle Wohnung mit Atmosphäre. Wegen der kleinen Fenster aber eher etwas dunkel.Sehr ruhig am Ortsrand mit super Aussicht, 10 min Fußweg ins Ortszentrum. Ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten und kleine Küche mit Sitzecke. Paolo ist nett, aber bei einer Woche Aufenthalt fanden wir ein Duschhandtuch pro Person etwas wenig... Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen.

Capodanno a Madesimo

Antica casa di montagna ristrutturata come una volta. La posizione è molto vicina al centro di Madesimo, noi ci siamo mossi quasi sempre a piedi. L'appartamento è piccolo ma c'è tutto. Animali ok! Ideale per chi ama passeggiate e sciare. Il proprietario ci ha accolti all' arrivo dandoci tutte le spiegazioni e le informazioni necessarie.

Bella vacanza!

Famiglia di 3 persone, abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa casa piccola, ma veramente accogliente, ben riscaldata e ben tenuta. Paolo, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo, presente e pronto a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie. Droomvakantie in de bergen!

Wij verbleven met onze 2 kinderen in deze prachtig verbouwde traditionele woning. Knus en comfortabel. Zeer goed warm te stoken met pelletkachel en ouderwetse stoofkachel. Schitterend gelegen op berg en op loopafstand van uitdagend skigebied. En de eigenaar Paolo is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, een droomvakantie! Fam. Schinck - Nederland

Piccola ma accogliente .

Casa molto carina tutta in legno situata in una bella zona tranquilla ma molto vicino a Madesimo (si va anche a piedi), c'e tutto quello che serve anche stufa a pellet se trovate ad agosto una settimana di pioggia e fredda come noi..proprietario molto presente e disponibile.
