Room was clean, common areas were clean, when i went down for breakfat it was a bit untidy but a family had just been through and was toward the end of breakfast availability. Staff was friendly.

Room could have been cleaner. Common areas seemed cleaner. Staff is not very welcoming, warming, or willing to help. Very limited towels in a room (heard this from multiple people as we were there in a group) Beds and pillows were comfortable and it was pretty quiet.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was just off a main road so easy access to areas of Madison. Didn't have the coffee/tea maker it was suppose to have. One washcloth, one towel with a hole the size of my thumb. Breakfast was basic, no tea available.

TV didnt work and they refused to change my room until i allowed a man to enter my room (2 women traveling alone) to try the remote. (See pic 1. The tv had been noted as not working a week before my stay!) He tried for 15 minutes and failed so changed our room. In the process of trying to get tv to work, my credit card was charged for a pay-per-view. When i notified front desk, they said there was nothing they could do. I asked to talk to a manager and they said he wasnt there. I asked for a number and they said they cant give it out. "When will they be in?" Anytime between 10am and 2pm. The room was in much better shape than the halls and reception. Carpet in reception was stained with numerous black and brown stains. Grease, oil? Bulbs burned out chandelier and light fixtures. STRONG smell of food cooking as soon as entry door opened. Hallway carpet had worn holes in multiple places and hall was painted with a Very bright almost fluorescent blue. Hotel looked great from the outside but was a bit of a surprise when you walked in.

The property smelled like weed, you cant use the bathroom sink with out closing the bathroom door. The TV didnt work. Staff lied about the internet. Very very dirty. I slept on top of the covers with my own blankets. Carpets ripped in halls. Knife slashes in pictures. Stains all over room floor.

We stayed on the second floor and the pictures were hanging askew and one was damaged. When we checked in it was not busy and the guy at the front desk did the minimum to check me in. I had to ask if they had a shuttle and what the hours were for breakfast. During our last night the housekeeping took our used shower towels and did not replace them and they did not replace our cups. The Customer service was lacking this 3 night stay.
