Check in was seemless from the valet to front desk. Our room was a surge for my birthday, so we got the suite on the 9th floor with a view. 200% worth it! Huge well appointed suite with separate bedroom and huge beautiful marble bathroom. Furniture was actually comfortable, not just attractive. Dinner at hotel's restaurant The Post was fantastic. Food, cocktails and service were all above and beyond. Musician provided atmosphere and a perfect vibe without being loud and imtrusive. Our only criticism is breakfast at the restaurant was average - at best. Service was still excellent, but the food was disappointing. All in all, our stay was superior and I would highly recommend to anyone.

This was a great hotel to stay at that is located right next to the capital builidng. It is within walking distance to several restaruants, the Madison Overture Center, and many other places of interest during a visit to Madison. Great staff and great appearance of the facility. Would definately return to this hotel!.

That was just a fantastic stay all the way around. The staff was friendly, our room had a beautiful view of the Capitol building, and everything was updated, clean, and nice. The only thing less than stellar was the restaurant food quality and service... good, but not what one would expect based on description and price point.
