Will was fantastic at check it. Room is nice and clean. Great water pressure. Bartender was great. Easy parking. Plenty of restaurants close. Breakfast was great. Only issue is the hotel was at 30% capacity and we asked for a quiet area on the highest floor and we were put close to the elevator with a person above us and next to us and it was louder than we wanted.

When I checked in, I didn’t receive the level of customer service I’m used to at Embassy Suites. At checkout, the staff member didn’t offer me a receipt and just referenced Hotels.com. For comparison, I stayed at Embassy Suites Downtown Sacramento a couple of months ago, and the service was excellent—plus the room layout and size were outstanding.

We loved everything about our stay! The room was immaculate, the elevator was fast and smooth, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options and the attention to detail. Our kiddos loved having hot cocoa.

We had a wonderful experience. The property is really modern and well decorated. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The room was clean, fresh and had a lake view. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options including an omelette bar. Great work Embassy Suites.
