I wasn’t expecting much. The hallways smelled like chemicals. The rooms were musty and had a weird smell. AC barely functioned. It wasn’t very clean.

Middle of the road

Pros: comfortable mattress, thin and thick blankets available, and they have waffle makers. Cons: no elevator (2 levels) which you might need if you have a lot of things or limited mobility, my key card had to get reprogrammed twice, cheap toilet seat, walls and carpet not in pristine condition. The cons are why the hotel was on the less expensive side for one of its rating.
