Looked like a complete brand new hotel. The staff was courteous and professional at all times. The breakfast didn’t have many choices, but I’d say it is way better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. 10/10.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only piece of feedback is our room had lady bugs on the ceiling and house flies everywhere. Other than that, check in/out was smooth and we had no other issues

The property was very on top of room service and did an excellent job with keeping the property clean. Also offers a continental breakfast which was quick and tasty. Overall property was kept clean and offered options to shuttle to downtown Madison.

The room was clean, the staff was professional and courteous. They were very helpful with the elevators when there was an issue with it. The location is awesome as we were attending the Great Wisconsin Quilt Show.
