I don’t even know where to begin — ARTIEM Madrid Hotel completely blew me away. Staying there felt so perfect that I honestly didn’t want to leave… I wanted to live there. Everything was absolutely on point. The room was spotless, the blankets smelled amazing, and even the pillows were unbelievably comfortable. You can tell they pay attention to every detail. The staff was exceptional — friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made my stay feel extra special. I would definitely come back without a doubt. Thank you, ARTIEM Madrid, for everything. Unfortunately, the room condition fell well below basic standards: Hair in the bed upon arrival Bugs observed in the room Shower broken, I almost slipped and fell Air conditioner was inoperable making it hot and uncomfortable Waiting here back to see if there is going to be any compensation from the merchant.
