Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la gran vía, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. A pesar de estar en el medio del bullicio, no se escuchaba nada en el cuarto. Excelente servicio por parte del personal. Todos muy amables.

The mattress is the best if you want to rest! It is in the busiest zone in Madrid but the room was really quiet. You are 5 min from Sol and Gran Via and 30 min by foot everywhere.

The property was good just in terms of location because it was in the downtown and close to the metro stations, but it was very noisy and crowded even at midnight. In terms of room conditions, the one I had was on the last floor and it had just a small window with a sharp and angular roof making it very unpleasant. Also, it was very dark and I had just two lamps in my room which was not enough after 8 pm.

Very convenient location. Beds were average for the area (i.e. two singles). Hotel was clean and cleaning services were offered daily. Staff were very nice, understood English and had our room ready when we arrived a couple hours early. Only issues to flag were that the shower was small and had an intrusive accessibilty bar that made showers uncomfortable and that the hotel was locked after 12:30am

Spent 4 nights here with my 9yo son. The rooms were generally very clean, some things could be bettered (eg mould around bath) but overall good. The buffet breakfast was fine for me but my son found his options limited. We stayed during a particularly warm spell (days of 37-38 deg C) and I just wished the air con was a little more powerful but it did help keep the room cool. The location is quite central with Metro stations in easy walking distance. We had a street facing room and noticed that the street was busy throughout the night but I always take earplugs when I travel anyway!! There’s a police station next to the hotel so you might hear the odd siren but it did make me feel we were in a safe location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. If I was to come to Madrid again (particularly on my own) I’d be happy to stay here again. Overall a nice hotel - not spectacular - but a very good option if you can’t afford a high end hotel.
