We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel during our trip to Madrid. The hotel looks brand new and impeccably clean. The room was beautiful and the attention to detail was impressive- even the sheets smell amazing! It was without a doubt one of the best night of sleep I had during our trip. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort cleanliness and a touch of charm in Madrid

The property is close by a shopping mall, so it was very convenient for doing some shopping, or a nice meal or to go to the cinema. Also close to public transportation that can take you to Madrid Centro. Clean and mostly quiet. Very recommendable.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful and professional. Would recommend it. The only things that need improvement are: 1) the bread toasting area. It is located in a corner that obstructs the flow during breakfast. 2) A makeup mirror would be a useful addition.
