It is centrally located- 20 min walk from everything. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We woke to pastures and water hanging in bags in our door every morning. There are shops, groceries and good restaurants right outside the door.

The hotel is in a great central location and the rooms are fine, overall a good place to stay in Madrid. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. When I arrived around 11am and politely asked Paloma about an early check-in (which most hotels usually allow if rooms are ready), she responded rudely and simply said “No, come back at 2pm,” without even offering to check or suggesting I return later. Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily harsh. What made it worse was when I tried to leave my luggage with her colleague Kristina instead—Paloma physically stopped her and insisted on dealing with me herself in a very awkward and unprofessional way. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Paloma’s behavior seriously affected my experience at what could otherwise be a nice stay.

The hotel is in the center of everything You can walk to many places of interest. The staff is incredible. Very friendly and always disponible to help. The hotel is located just on the side of a Police station. Very convenient location

It’s right in the heart of the city. Easy access to the sights and transportation. Being in the middle of it all does come with a higher level of street noise. It’s more of crowed and music type of noise instead of traffic.
